These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply between move-products gmbh, Ulmenweg 4, 2203 Putzing am See, Austria (hereinafter: move-products) and its Customers for all orders and deliveries via the online shop www.doggyfresh.at

  2. 1. order process

move-products offers its customers a range of products around the topic of pet transport in the car. By clicking on the products, the customer gets to the product details. By setting the desired quantity and clicking the "Add" button, the product is placed in a virtual shopping cart.

By clicking on the "Shopping Cart" button, displayed in the top right-hand corner of the online shop, the customer is taken to an overview page and can check at any time which goods are in his virtual shopping cart and make changes if necessary.

If the customer wants to finish his purchase, he can continue by clicking the "Continue with order" button. The customer must enter his address and billing information on the following page.

By clicking the "continue" button again, the customer reaches the selection for shipping and payment method

By clicking the "continue" button again, the customer is taken to the penultimate order step "check data". Here the customer receives a summary of his order, stating the price (including the statutory value added tax) as well as an indication of the delivery method and costs.

The order is completed by clicking the buttons "I accept the terms and conditions" and "Buy". This constitutes a binding offer.


  1. 2. contract conclusion

The customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract by completing the ordering process by clicking the "Buy" button. The customer then receives an automated confirmation of receipt of the order (order confirmation) by e-mail. This order confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of the offer. The contract with move-products shall only be concluded when move-products declares acceptance of the offer. The declaration of acceptance of the offer shall be deemed to have been made when move-products confirms the shipment to the Customer by e-mail within seven working days from receipt of the order (shipment confirmation). If the Customer does not receive a shipping confirmation within the aforementioned period, a contract with move-products shall not be concluded.


  1. 3. conclusion of contract with prepayment

In deviation from point 2, if the payment method prepayment is selected, a contract shall already be concluded upon dispatch of the payment information by move-products. This payment information will be sent to the Customer within 24 hours by transmitting his order. The order confirmation thus also constitutes payment information. In the case of advance payment, the invoice amount shall be due upon receipt of the payment information and shall be paid within 7 days of receipt thereof by bank transfer to the account specified under 8.3. The receipt of the invoice amount on our account is decisive for compliance with the payment deadline. If after 7 days no payment is recorded on our account specified under 8.3, the customer's order is automatically canceled.


  1. 3. delivery

The delivery time is 1-5 days, unless otherwise specified in the offer.

In the event that move-products cannot deliver the ordered product through no fault of its own, move-products reserves the right to withdraw from the contract. In this case, move-products will inform the Customer without delay and will immediately refund any consideration already paid by the Customer.

Deliveries within the EU are duty-free. For all deliveries to countries outside the EU, the customer bears any customs duties, taxes and other fees without exception.

In case of transport damages of delivered items, the customer service of move-products is to be notified immediately, if possible. Move-products will then have the possibility to claim the damages against the carrier or the transport insurance. If the Customer fails to notify Move-products of any transport damage, this shall have no effect on his statutory warranty rights.

In order to inform our customers optimally about the shipping status and to fulfill the order requests in the best possible way, move-products transmits the e-mail address to the respective delivery companies. For their part, the delivery companies have committed themselves to the highest degree of protection of personal data and to use the data exclusively for the purpose of shipping information

  1. 4. prices and shipping costs

All prices include the statutory value added tax and are exclusive of any shipping costs.

The shipping costs for our delivery countries are displayed automatically after selecting the delivery method.


  1. 5. retention of title

The goods remain the property of move-products until payment has been made in full.

Cancellation policy


If the Customer has any questions regarding withdrawal, he/she is welcome to contact move-products' customer service. office@doggyfresh.at

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, has taken possession of the goods.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.


Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to the handling of the goods which is not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Payment of the goods can be made either by credit card, by Paypal or against prepayment. move-products reserves the right to accept only certain payment methods in individual cases or depending on the delivery method selected by the Customer.

If you pay by credit card, the charge will be made within one week after the goods are shipped we accept MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club and American Express.

If the customer wishes payment in advance, the invoice amount is to be transferred to one of the accounts mentioned below or in our service mails within 7 days after receipt of the payment information.

  1. 4. interest on arrears and other damage caused by delay

If the Customer is in default of payment, the purchase price shall bear interest at the statutory default interest rate during the period of default. move-products reserves the right to claim higher damages for default against proof.

move-products has the right to invoice the Customer electronically. Electronic invoices shall be sent to the Customer by e-mail in PDF format.

  1. 8. alternative dispute resolution for consumers

We are not obligated or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.


  1. 9. final provision

Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. Austrian law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). This choice of law shall only apply insofar as the protection granted is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has his habitual residence at the time of his order.
